Server Stephanie L was terrific. She was patient and really on the ball! I can't say enough about the quality of the food as well. Well prepared and obviously quality products from the start. It really feels like they go the extra mile in presenting a quality dining experience.

Very busy all the time. Great location. Nice staff. Good food as usual. Clean all around.

Our server Valerie was awesome. No need to ask for refills on drinks, she just came with it. That's how it's done. I had to come from Vegas to get this great service. She's a keeper, Cheesecake Factory (Anaheim)!!

This is always my best choice when i want to "enjoy" my dining experience. Also, if i have to invite a guest and want an impressive place to eat at, i would take them to cheesecake factory. Extensive menus for everyone's taste. YOU MUST GO. Don't forget to try their cheesecake for dessert.

There is nothing wrong with this place. We stumbled upon it during happy hour.Drinks were great. Food was even better! Great buzz and great value. We'll be back.

Around 3 months ago my family visited the USA. During our stay in Anaheim we visited this cheesecake factory 3-4 times for meals and cheesecake. It was always booming with people, but, we were served quickly every time and the food was good quality. They even made modification for a dish that I wanted to make different. The cheesecake was absolutely delicious. I had the oreo dream and godiva cakes on different occasions and both were divine. Great customer service! Would most certainly come again

Even though it was a crowded Friday evening, our group was seated within a reasonable time, about 25 minutes. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Restaurant was clean, but, lighting is fairly dim. Food was very good and properly cooked.

We ate here for a late lunch today and Elizabeth was Great with our big party! She was attentive and VERY patient with us. The food was Great and it came out very fast which was Awesome. They have a new Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake which my coworkers said was really good.

Staff were incredibly nice and prompt! Very cool ambience and interior decor. The portions were huge! You could almost just share one plate between two people. Started off with some free bread which is always nice! Didn't get a chance to try the cheese cake but everyone was coming and picking some up so it must be good!

Servers are always so polite and provide excellent service. And the food is always fresh and DELICIOUS. I highly recommend!

Just what you would expect from a cheesecake factory. Very clean and nice. I was there just to get a slice of cheesecake to take back to my hotel. The staff on hand were orderly and quick. It was a great experience.

Good food, large menu choices, went on a Sunday night, no reservation and seated in no time. Attentive waiter and food on point. Only wish the portions were a bit smaller, but if that's the only complaint it's not a bad one to have.

Great food, though with a lot of calories. First salad I ever saw with 1500+ kcal. Cheesecakes are among the best you can get but make sure you are not on a diet....

Massive options on the menu, good portion sizes, friendly staff. Very reasonable costs. Good quality in every location I've been to

Good service. Had the pork schnitzel m and found that really delicious. The portions are super large as well, unfortunately no room for famous cheesecake.

This building is so beautiful! It's very best at night. The food tasted well. The portion sizes are all very large - great for sharing. The menu had so many different options and styles, it was kind of overwhelming. But you could please any palate with their menu! :) The tropical smoothie was my favorite. They decorate your dessert plate with chocolate syrup for your birthday. It's really cute.

Amazing service from Victoria B. The food here is amazing. However, I’m big on customer service and Victoria B was awesome!! She made our visit a very pleasant one. I had the Macaroni and cheese hamburger. Very delicious!!

Place was packed. Had to wait a little longer than usual for food and drink refills. Place was clean and food was cooked perfectly. Staff kept there cool and stayed professional during the rush hour I was there. Highly recommend it.

Adrian was so knowledgeable and helpful, especially with allergy options! Even though we stayed 20 minutes after close, in his section, he was kind, attentive, and happy. Thank you, Adrian!

Absolutely delicious! Great food, friendly staff! I will always recommend this place for delicious food, fast efficient staff that are always polite and courteous. The cheesecake selections are not only amazing, but are always beyond tasty!

This place is really nice. The atmosphere is amazing. The best Cheesecake Factory in Orange County or possibly Southern California. It has a high ceiling with pillars that will remind you of a Las Vegas hotel or upscale restaurant especially since it is an upscale restaurant. As expected, food is expensive but you get big proportions. Food quality and taste at this location is good but it could be better for the price you're paying where it's so good that you want more. The dessert definitely lives up to the price as any cheesecake is better than most cheesecakes you can buy elsewhere. The strawberry shortcake is really good with vanilla ice cream in middle. I recommend this place for special occasions or for a date.

Food was delicious. Service was very good. Must try the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo. Peppermint Bark Cheesecake is back!

Is it healthy to eat 5 slices of cheesecake in one sitting-no absolutely not but I'm glad cheesecake factory lets me. This location is particularly nice and spacious. Always well stocked with numerous cheesecake flavour. Have yet to try the other food there but I can definitely say that the cheesecake is bomb!

Few places, if any, can rival the extensive menu of this restaurant. Steaks, chops, salads, soups, Mexican, you practically name it. It all starts with a good selection of warm breads and ends with your favorite slice of cheesecake. Beautiful decor, very friendly staff, quick service, fair prices and just good food. Very attentive staff caters to your every need. Can't really go wrong if you bring the family here.

In my humble opinion, their very expansive menu looks great...until your order arrives. What is going on with their chicken dishes? Sometimes the chicken has the consistency of rubber and can be very crunchy. At which point I ask for more bread and put the chicken on hold.

As a foreign visitor I found this place very expensive. But the food was delicious. The service on behalf of Mike, in the bar was astonishing. He help us through our selection. We had the Miso Salmon and some Italian chicken with pasta which were incredible

Who knew they have such amazing blueberry pancakes? Syrup looked almost clear (I didn't mind) so not sure what kind they use. After not eating here for years, I won't rush back, but if it comes up for brunch, I will not be upset either. This is a good place to go when someone else recommends to you.

For those who do not know.... you can get anything here. Very extensive menu. Oh and cheesecake too! Adam's peanut butter cup fudge ripple almost too good!

Beautiful building that offers a high-end dining experience. After walking around Disneyland all day, this was a great way to unwind and enjoy excellent food. Our server was kind, we’ll spoken and timely. Portion sizes are excellent for sharing and we got to bring the rest home for a midnight snack!

Loved our Server the service was fabulous!!! Food was fantastic as always, shared my favorite salad with my friend so there was room for Cheesecake!!! It was an awesome lunch!!!

Celebration cheesecake is the BOMB.... I could eat it all day for breakfast lunch & DINNER. Service is fast and friendly and I always get my food hot and delicious. Great location next to the mall to walk off your food. Great atmosphere and for cheesecake lovers it's like DISNEYLAND because they have every flavor your taste buds could ever ask for. Simply delicious EVERYTIME and bite for bite. So hurry up and go there peoples !!!!

This was my first time visiting a cheesecake factory and over-all It's good, our server was incredibly nice, and the atmosphere was nice too, but the menu is so unbelievable large.

You really can never miss with Cheesecake Factory. The food and appetizers are always great. The price points are excellent. Service great. Atmosphere is great. I really think it’s the best value if you’re out on a Friday night.

Great service, food was hot and fresh, taste was as always on par with any other cheese cake factory. I love their menu and selection of items that suits everyones needs. Will recommend to friends and family 5/5.

This place was BUSY on a Tuesday night. We waited about 20 minutes for a table which isn't too bad. The burger I got was okay but my friend raved about the lasagna. Service was also decent and staff were friendly.

I regularly arrive getting some food in here. I enjoyed the quick customer service and well cooked dishes. Great work.

My server Liz was great. This location was a first visit for my son, my nephew (here from Memphis for a convention), and myself. Our beautiful food presentations have been posted on FB. Portions were wonderful, service was good and the Vegan Cobb Salad is by far the best salad I have experienced. Will I drive back to Anaheim from LA for another great meal here? Without question!

Friendly and attentive staff. Been here a few times and never had a problem with the food or the people waiting on us. The wait to sit on the other hand can sometimes be long but it's in a busy area in The Disneyland Resort so it's expected.

We loved this place! Waited around 15mins for a table which was not a problem. The menu was daunting...so much choice by oh so delicious!! Was so glad we could cross this place off our “bucket list”! 😃

It's a Cheesecake Factory by Disneyland, so it's very crowded and service is slow. Same menu and everything tasted fine, but not great. Skinnylicious menu is helpful for calorie conscious, but family agreed they need to update the menu with a few healthy salads and entrees that we're finding in more modern restaurants.

The rudeness started at the host stand. I was told a 15 minute wait . Which was fine, then asked for a larger table to put my Sevice dog under, he stated the wait would be longer (still fine), I asked how much longer (was just curious), he got all offended. We were shown to the table, I asked for some saltines when the waitress finally showed up. She snipped at me they had none, that she would be bringing bread and butter. She shows up with that, spilled the one bread, then put her hands all over the bread putting it back in the basket. My husband's dinner tasted burnt, the next plate was almost the same. NOT ONE TIME did she ever ask how our meal was. At the end she spoke to the back of my head asking if we wanted cheesecake (original reason we came in) and we decided after the service, we would get none. I looked forward to dinner here all day. What a disappointment!!!

This particular location is good. Presentation and food is better than other locations

The best part of my dining experience was being with my family at the Cheesecake Factory. Food was deliciously prepared and our server was very attentive. All around a wonderful evening.

Sylvia and I had dinner there at the Garden walk, our first time together since we were 15. The food, the people, the staff were very polite and helpful. We walk did some shopping I bought her a tiara because she's my Princess.

The cheesecake was delightful and heaven; there is no other cheesecake taste like this.

We were here and I had the lunch special of the grilled salmon. It was so worth it. Wife had the Renee Special and she said it was delicious. A must if visiting the area. Bob
